Nutrition and training plans

Whether you are looking to lose a couple of inches for a special event, or just to give your diet a bit of an overhaul, these 5 nutrition and training plans will get you well on your way. For optimum results try to do 2 days normal with 1 low carb day (Low Carb Plan 5) for two weeks, then 2 days low carbs and 1 day normal for two weeks.
